Hey guys. I know that I have been floating my blog with my splurge on shopping. I actually shopped less this year compared with last year. Shopping malls were surprisingly quiet during this festive season. Everybody must have been trying to save as much money as they can. We Chinese celebrate Chinese new year every year. In this multiracial country , everybody gets to enjoy the holiday no matter what race you are.Plus, shopping malls have major final cut on their products.

This year is the year of the Dragon . I am born in the year of Dragon. So that means I have lot's of good luck awaiting me. Well, I hope so.

There's a meet and greet with prosperity god and he was giving some sweets to some people.I thought he was so generous to give the money from his hand. Haha. I think he likes my friend ,Yee Lin, so he gave her sweets but not me and Nurul.

Dishes: Sushi , Japanese Egg Wrap (looks like pataya) and Salmon Yee Sang

On the 18th , the om nom nom bloggers group organize a gathering. I was not suppose to be there but because my boyfriend was one of the members so he brought me along. We went to Sushi King , Midvalley.
Since I or some other never try japanese "Lousang" before , so we decided to have a try. Turned out pretty good.The Lousang is for 6 people maximum , cost RM 38. The price is quite reasonable.

Everyone uses their chopstick and began to create a mess with this dish. This is the fun part of it. The purpose is to wish for more luck and money for the year.There's no problem wishing for a new love. Hehe.

The second day i shopped for shoes! Yes girls. Shoes is our best friend. I bought 3 pairs of shoes that is on discount.

Urban Decay Naked 2 Pre-Launch

The "Naked" Eyeshadow Palette that has been gossiping around these days.Wonder why is it so famous? Is it because of the kinky name NAKED or because of the quality? The answer is both. Me and my new roommates went over to Starhill Sephora for the pre-launch Naked 2. They launch 200 limited sets on that day, 3pm. We reached there around 2.30pm . So only 200 of us are able to purchase the Naked 2. This was meant to be a SECRET launch and only fans will get to know the news earlier. Reasons why it is very limited is because our country has a really strict propaganda with the name. It is very hard to import this product to Malaysia.

The crowd was super crazy!!!! Fans are of course in-front of us. -_- They were shouting when the clock strikes 3pm sharp. Oh My..~~~~~~

If you watch Shopaholic. Yea, that was how exactly the scene was.

The Sephora staff distributed some Urban Decay samples like Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Lip Junkie Gloss, and Tinted Moisturizer to those who queued for the Naked 2.

Honestly, I prefer Naked 2 because of the colors are not so nude. I prefer something Dark. So this is what I'm looking for. There are 12 colors with combination of matte , shimmer and glitter. The palette comes with a double ended brush and mirror.Naked 2 also comes with a lipgloss in plump. It's RM 179 per set.

It's few days more to Chinese New Year and we Malaysians have the tradition to "Balik Kampung" which is means going back to hometown. My hometown is located at Johor, Batu Pahat. Few distance away from Johor Bahru and few kilometer away to Singapore. My grandma stays in a small town while the others stays at the small villages. Villages now are very modern as we can see great innovation structure of the house made of concrete instead of wood. In small town like this , big shopping malls have build up with big brands that expect people to afford. Thinking about my hometown , there's this food that I crave for is the Triangle Kuey Teow. I wish they can open a branch in KL so I can have it like almost everyday. This is basically a Chinese noodle in soup serve with light dishes like Tow Kee (dry fish cake) , egg, and pork. It is very yummilicious!

SNIPS Hairshow + SCCA Academy Launch

SNIPS Hairshow was the last show that I attended after Poney Kidswear. SNIPS were showcasing contemporary garments designed by young fashion designers and hairstyle styled by SNIPS. SNIPS is one of the hair saloon / academy that provides service like makeup and hairstyling. SNIPS also launched a fashion and design academy which is called SCCA, at zebra square. They provide courses like Islamic Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Event Organizing, Fashion Photography, Islamic Fashion and Fashion Styling.

In between the show SUKI from One of the Million singing competition performed some songs.

Ooh LaLa~ Guys in Khaki? Love it. Yves Saint Laurent collection showcase a palette of sand and sky, while the mood of the clothes, alternately tribal and military. The main attraction was the double breasted coat with neutral colors like black, navy blue and khaki. The mixture of Blue and Khaki goes very well together as it just feels like ocean meets the dessert. Safari look has a comeback this season for menswear.

Chinese New Year is coming so soon like next week! Gosh . So I have decided to go Midvalley to do some shopping despite my friends are all busy working. Ok, so never mind since I always #forveralone because my working schedule is like a boss now. Went all the way just to use my RM 50 Off TIAMO VOUCHER. Confession of a budget shopaholic me. I can't believe I bought the pants from Berska even if it's spoil. -_- (it was one and the only left on the rack that has my size). I have the confident to look at Zara , Topshop, MNG, but hell, they don't have the exact color and cutting. So I ran back and eagerly wanted that pants back and lucky it's discounted . So I was like" I will sew it myself".

TIAMO Flats that worth RM 139 minus my voucher is only RM 89. It's worth it for a very comfy flats.

Bought a designer chiffon tank top from The Twelve, Marlee Shariff for RM 90+ and high waist belt from Zero To Ten for RM 25.

One thing about buying designer clothing is that they are limited and special.

Anna Sui Spring Collection , a forties fashion fantasy. A collection which features lot's of print, color and feminine silhouette. The colors are very vibrant for this spring 2012 like purple, black and red.One of my favorite color is purple.There were wearable pieces–ladylike printed dresses with ruffly sleeves and flouncy skirts, tie neck blouses and silk rompers.

The lacey see trough black cardigan and butterfly stocking is one of my favorites.

Sometime i feel like having them on my neck because at times I feel like a dude than a lady . Yes, do it like a dude - Jessie J. I'm planning to make some collar for myself and see how it goes. Besides , I'm not even a fashion DESIGN student. Hence, it is worth the try.

I have been using looklet.com for my college assignments or to kill my boredom. Looklet recently decided to stop their user community service from January 31st ,2012 . That's a really sad news to all Looklet users. *sadface.jpg*. No idea what are they planning but they tell us to save all our looks that we created in their website. I was happy that luckily I didn't go to that extend to create a thousand looks using their props in looklet. One thing I like about looklet is that I can dress up a virtual model with awesome clothing and can capture 3 dimensional of the look.Plus, there's a tool like instagram that can apply effect to the picture. It's a very good tool for doing styling. I'm serious. I hope Looklet don't discontinue this service because it's very fun and useful service.

Bracelets Knot Style

Hey peeps, I need some attention here about suggesting which knot do you like best for a bracelet that made with cord/string. I am planning to make a collection of charm bracelets that made out of cord/string but I am confuse which knot I should use for the bracelet.

This is example of a lucky bracelet that using the technique of sewing the bead Cris-cross cord to cord and it ends with a BUTTON. So all you have to do is button up the bracelet to your wrist. If I use this technique , I can have variety of button design for finishing.

The next one here is an example of double knot finishing . It is very common and simple to do and easy to wear.

The last one is a chain attach to the cord. This will have a chain hanging along your wrist if you wear this type of style.

So which one do you girls or guys love best? I would like to hear your suggestion. Thanks.

Poney Kidswear F/W Fashion Show

The last day of MIFW'11 was very blissful day for the team as we were enjoying our-self looking at , kids. Kids were so much better than handling diva's. I know sometimes kids can be annoying but not for this one because PONEY know's what makes kids happy. Inflatable playground were installed at the event. There's 2 designs of it.There's not much job for us that day so we attended like a guest.

PONEY kidswear introduce their Fall / Winter 2011 - 2012 with a performance by cheerleaders and an infamous Malaysian singer or let's say a comeback Ning Baizura!

Ning Baizura also performed for the Tri-Glam Factor Night for Help university fashion event. I heard that she is going to have a concert and she is promoting her latest album. While this song bird sang a very beautiful song ,yet to mention her vocal is extremely powerful, a small girl handed her a bouquet of flower on stage.

Here are some shot's that i took during the fashion show. The Autumn and Fall collection is inspired by Parisian fashion. The classic look of it makes the kids look so belle.Ohh so cute!

The colors range from nude brown , grey , black, red and light pink.

Red is the best color of all.

I'm liking this red piece , it reminds me of this one french cartoon character ... Hmmm

The show ended and all guest were called to go to have some tea at the after party

The after party for kids! Say hooray !! Well not only for kids, it's for everybody. They have lot's of food, drinks, cupcakes, party packs, cotton candy (candy floss) , popcorn, clown and balloons. This sounds fantastic ain't it? You never know how big my smile was during that evening. It just feels like a kid again. Teehee.

I just came across this weird idea of nude leggings when i saw a girl trying on at the store. While browsing some clothing, I turned towards her and when i look at her, she lifted her blouse to show her mom how the nude leggings look like on her and guess what? I saw her back and thought she was NAKED! I blinked my eyes and realize "Oh, it's a legging". Almost thought that she's naked in public. -_- *punch me please?* Anyway, what say you? Yay or Nay to Nude leggings?

Well , I would not wear or buy a nude leggings because I think it is weird , must well show my real skin instead.

It's 2012 and the weird thing is I still feel like it's 2011. Seriously can't believe it's 2012 , looks like the time goes too fast to even notice that the time passes while I'm busy. Yeah, I'm a busy woman and don't even have much time to go to any events anymore. Sigh. well , I don't wanna fail my internship and there's so much things to do like experiencing new roommates, designing jewelry and trying to keep this blog alive (I don't want it dead). The holidays are moving quickly like tornado , like a 15 mins show after another... First, it was Muslim holiday ( i realize that Monday blues went to holiday on December) , then Christmas and New Year , after 3 weeks it's gonna be Chinese New Year. The decorations are changing very quick as I can see that the effort has decrease because of the time is too tight.

I decided to celebrate Christmas and New Year with the parents. Somehow my parents decided to "eat at home". So we just takeaway the turkey from Victoria Station and other dishes, warm up and prepare some other small side lines. No fancy dining for the year 2011. Global financial crisis? Everyone is saving up. We ate turkey for 3 meals a day and I almost have phobic of looking at the turkey. *troll.jpg*

My dear Bern says that because I'm not into Christmas stuff so he gave me Halloween stuff instead. He also gave me some sweets as well. While I gave him something from my office and something I bought from KLCC which is next to my office. *no time to shop* .

I went KTV with my KTV kaki at pavilion RedBox and the best thing is that their buffet is worth the price we pay. RedBox was so in the Christmas mood until they make Christmas theme cakes that seems too cute to eat!

Christmas was very simple like that and for new year we ate out and see fireworks from the balcony. Kind of bored so we feel #foreveralone . ZZzzzz

So here I need to face it that it's already 2012! It's the year of the Dragon . Hope it bring lot's of Luck!

Fashion Week In Seoul Korea

The best experience I had this year was to be able to attend the Seoul Fashion Week in Korea. If you bloggers think that they give free tickets or whatsoever. People in Korea had to purchase the ticket at the price of RM 200++ each. Well, depends on what kind of show and day you wanna see.

Surprisingly, there's many supporters who willing to purchase the ticket to watch the show. There were many Koreans I spotted walking to the hall. So many of them wearing their stylish winter clothing. It was beginning of Spring, the temperature was cold like below 14C. Luckily, on that day itself or specific location that held the fashion show is not that cold. We could even take off our outer wear. I spotted many tall and handsome Korean guys. (every girl dream come true) Hahahaha.... They are freaking tall unlike what we see on TV. Gosh, I feel like I'm 4 feet 9 next to them .

The weather was pretty awesome that my complexion changed! I feel like a Japanese girl next to any of my friends. Sometime those Koreans thought that I'm Japanese. Hahahahaha. I wish! The weird thing about taking picture in 4 season countries is that the picture always comes out perfect. This is something I always wonder about.

When entering the building , me and my friends were so crazy to take picture in front of the photo wall. Most of us were like passing our stuff like bags or coat to dear Martin. Never Fear, he enjoys it and he strikes his own stylish pose. *good job Martin*.

Me and Porchea wants to be a celebrity

For every show , we have to queue up for the door to open. Some camp there since early in the morning or let's say half an hour before the show? While my thoughts was like "why Malaysian complain after queue for few minutes? The hall was very big and they had to make sure they fill all the VIP. When mentioning about V.I.P, they are celebrities and buyers from internationally and locally who are seating on the front row. All the fans screams whenever they see one. Korean celebs are very hip nowadays. To be surprise, no one is late for the show. Koreans are very punctual. Me like!

They showcase some of the local Korean designer collections.

The silhouette is very Korean as it is very wide, squarish and spacy.

This is the trade show exhibition where the buyers search for more information about the designers.

I was pretty glad that not all stuff is pricey , some jewelry are quite reasonable price.

Somehow, I bought a necklace for my mom at the price of ..... RM 10.. Fuhyoo!

The New LRT Token

If you think I will be blogging something good about it. No, because I am annoyed with the service at the counter after they launch this system.It just happened this morning when I am going to work. My 1st world problem here is when I don't have the "small change" to buy a token from the machine. What is even worst is when I ask them to top up my Touch 'n' Go card and the lady says "the machine is not working". So, I have an idea to buy something from the mini mart in the station. Did it become better? No. The mart also runs out of small change. I run to the counter and ask her again for small money. You know what she responds to me? "Kita memang tidak ada wang kecil *shows money* , kalau U nak RM 1 ini U ambil lah!" (translate: we really don't have small change , if you want , just take all this 1 Ringgit lah!) and the amount can't reach my RM 50 .She really making me piss-off when I observe the super long queue at the token machine and tell the lady off " What is this?! You don't have small money , the mart don't have small money, and the Touch 'n' Go reload machine is spoil?". I was hoping for a decent responds from her but she totally IGNORE me and looking at the table. Hello? Now I know why some foreigners were piss-off at some of the lady who works at the counter for the LRT station. Last time , there's this incident where a European man shouting from outside the glass door of the counter. He shouted " Hello? Can you please let my son in?" . His son trap outside and guess what the lady react? IGNORE. Wow. This is what they call customer service in this country.

People, make sure you have small change to use the LRT , if not , just forget about it and drive or take a cab. It saves your time.

I love to look at the pretty pictures / illustrations despite don't know how to read Japanese. *sulk*

Nowadays because of the demand of readers who love reading and follow Japanese fashion, there are few Japanese magazine which are translate into Bahasa Malaysia and English , eg : Ray and SCawaii .

For the 1st time ever, I bought SCawaii in Malay! I guess that is the only Bahasa magazine i buy in my entire life. Ok .... *this is so out of topic*, Back to topic. I spotted this cute little book about making clothing for BLYTHE Dolls! Feels like want to get my hand on it ... Oops, correction .. I want to OWN it. Problem is I don't have a Blythe doll. *sobs*. This guide book provide instruction on how to make and also the master plan , so that you can trace it out and SEW. simple as that. Each book is selling at RM 80+ .

A mini album release on 31st August 2011. This album "FIVE" features 5 ballads from Ayumi Hamasaki. She collaborate with 2 male artist which is Urata Naoya and JUNO.The songs went pretty well from the soundtrack of "Tales of Xillia" merge together with few other classical ballads and the album ended with a strong emotional Egyptian / Arabian ambient. Tri-Factor Glam Night

Tri Factor Glam Night which held by the HELP UNIVERSITY students at KL LIVE was amazing! Fashion , music , models and photography took place in the center stage on the 22nd of october. Many media were there to cover the event as there were many famous local designers like Micheal Ong and singers during the event. Somehow, i met Jeremy aka bboyrice, he won the title for "Best Photography", congrats to our fellow blogger friend. The concept of the show reminds me of "Victoria Secret Fashion Show" when they play video as the backdrop and stunning models strutting their best to model the garments that designed by the fashion designers contestants. I was excited to see Jacklyn Victor on stage but it turns out to be Dina from Akademi Malaysia . It's still awesome anyway ! Because they gave us a huge surprise, when the host present Ning Baizura to be perform next on stage!.... Ning Baizura??? Yeap. The event ended with award ceremony to nominate the champion for the best team which consist of fashion designer, photographer and model.

This event becomes an ultimate platform for contestants to showcased their skills in modeling, photography and fashion designing. It's brings an opportunity for them to shine under the limelight. However , this event is inspired by the concept of Victoria Secret fashion show concept.

Hello by a busy woman , that's me! Oh well, i was pretty busy with my fellow group members for 24 hours per day , everyday. I even skip and ignore all events invitation just to focus on this major project which brought me to life changing experience. I finally graduated , well not only graduated but we graduated with a prize for best group project award ! All those hardwork , arguments , heart breaks, errands , body pains , and so many things going on everyday , be it good or bad. We manage to face all those obstacles and come together as a group. We once fail really bad and luckily we are strong to face our mistakes and search for guidance and help from people around us. Thanks so much to those who helped us and gave us motivation.

I'm here to confess that i am addicted to FRINGE and without FRINGE, my life is like a box with nothing. Can you imagine how empty is the box? Past few weeks ago, that was my sem break. My bf burned the whole season 1 , season 2 and season 3 to my hard disk. After my holiday, i went back to my Cinderella place and left my hard disk crying at home! I'm careless sometimes or most of the times. OK, I'm forgetful because i left it at home again and i forgot to bring back here again. FML. I can spend all these precious FREE time watching the episodes but now ... it seems like I'm stuck with assignments and errr .... jewelry making .

It is weird that if i watch FRINGE continuously , i will dream something related to the story. But , why when i watch Korean drama, i don't dream that I'm a part of the role? HAHA

Do you know that most cocktail taste better with Vodka?Last year during my birthday , i actually bought a bottle of Vodka to make my strawberry vodka, which i use pure extract strawberry. Mine is just ordinary ,the actual recipe is that you have to shake and put basil leaf..This kinda drink usually for special occasions.

So , i went to G-Tower , View Rooftop Bar to do a cocktail tasting review.

They try to make me go to Rehab, I said "No, No, No". Next time, if people ask you to go to rehab , don't say No, no , no. She died at the early age of 27 because of over dosage of drugs and alcohol , yesterday morning at her apartment in London. I was merely in shock to not believe that she died until Sun newspaper tweeted .Yesterday was a screwed up night when both blogging company hacked by some hackers and then Amy Death was so sudden.I heard from my boyfriend that she had "boo-ed" by her fans in her recent concert because she was overdose with alcohol. That's sad right.

My lecturer used to sing according to her tune "No, No, No" whenever we are doing some multimedia , um 3D rendering animation stuff. That is the time her rehab songs kept playing in my head.

Amy Winehouse could not be forgettable with her Fashion Icon and her talent in music which she has one of the most unique appearance in the history.

I was invited by Clinique to do a makeover in Midvalley. This is my 1st time having a makeover. few other bloggers were chosen as well such as Victoria and Vi Vian.

REWIND has the greatest memory of my college life when we learn how to organize a Fashion Show event. By doing this , i learned that Team Work is very important , even if we are enemies or friends or politics going around, we have to stay strong because at the end, it is our show.

The feeling of organizing own event is very great. Especially when there's many people that turn up unexpectedly. Becoming apart of the PR has 1 ultimate power is that I can invite those people that i want to meet in person which i never get to. Yesterday i met Sandra Azwan , a fashion designer / blogger.

Another thing i wanna add is that i also learn how to DIY my Tee by watching Youtube.. LOL" ...

Also, i feel very glad that most of my blogger friends , boyfriend and college friends come and support our event.

My recall was during my 21st birthday when i fall down to my knees upon arriving...

It all started when my classmate Aisya carried this Berkin bag to college today and this guy named Nima started to say how famous is this bag that everyone is dying to get it. So, i stare at her bag in front of me and i was so impressed how creative it is. Printed bag on a canvas is creative?

However , this trend is starting again . Like the infamous "I'm Not a Plastic Bag" Bag when everyone is dying to get it . Now it is super cheap RM 10 in the market when last time it is Rm 100 for it. So , do you think this bag will become RM 10 in 3 years time?

Let's make a date for welcoming the 1st Hennessy Artistry of the year 2011 which will be in Penang at voodoo, Upper Penang Road on April 28 or if you are somewhere in the south , you might want to look forward to the one in Klang Valley in Opera, Sunway Pyramid , 2 days later on April 30.

Hennessy Artistry is well known for "The GLOBAL ART OF MIXING". There will be having a special mixing bar to serve guest with the signature long drinks from Hennessy and the rest of the area will feature new interactive zones which include the Hennessy iMix Challenge for iPad and Hennessy Music Mix Synth booth that encourage the blending of different music genres.

They will also have an interactive Photowall for guest to enhance their photo by choosing different backgrounds and shout out phrases such as "Hennessy Rocks" , "Show Me The Hennessy" and "I Love Hennessy".

I have this feeling that we are now like those "back to the future" when we are equipped with cool gadgets nowadays! Guest will receive a new radio-frequency identification (RFID) wristband! Errrr, too nerd talking here? Basically , it allows guest to scan it to the RFID reader to update facebook status and also upload photo's that taken from the Photowall.

As usual , i will get my hands on those drinks! Not to forget my favorite among all flavors.

Here is a print screen of my blogshop website layout that i designed. I need to know from other point of view if there's any problem with this layout because honestly it is beautiful but there's not much navigation i can do in this layout ( >< ) What about the color? is it too dark? Hmm. Need a chatbox? Not enough information?

I'm thinking of re-designing the whole layout to make easy viewing . eg: like when someone step in to drink a cup of coffee.

Need some suggestion .

I'm amaze that we can use our TV to talk? I mean, we can talk to our TV. It may not make sense now but it is true. I think what he meant was we can now interact with the TV than just a flat screen showing our regular TV shows.

Also, now our monitor is getting bigger and bigger. Everyone wants big thing now. That is why we get extra inch! How many inch is your desire.

Nowadays movies in cinema is in 3D, now people are trying to apply this to TV too. So that everyone can watch movies in 3D from home than going to cinema.

Sometimes i wish people to love Art as much as i do.Maybe some people just don't get it?Recently 2 weeks ago before my Korea trip, Concordia (my blogshop) were chosen to be one of the vendors during the event. The event is basically a designer event organized by Cutout magazine which is a graphic design related magazine.Saito College were there to showcased their creative fashion show during the day too.

The theme for this event is GRAPHIC GOES GREEN. Not many of us aware of this kinda campaign and this is our purpose to promote creating products using recycle items. WE MUST SAVE OUR MOTHER EARTH.

The concept is very simple by just recycle boxes into tables.It's creative way of how we re-use trees.

So yea, me and my partner decided to use boxes for our visual merchandising.

I always feel jealous whenever i cant do sewing because my partner can seriously sew nice berets!!!! This is the latest beret that I'm wearing.Somehow, if you are searching for something unique. Concordia is the place to shop for some unique berets.

The most incredible thing that i found out is that she is an architect and she's doing this as a hobby.She makes jewelry out of newspaper / magazines.
I would say she's really good in her visual merchandising display.

my 1st time sitting AirAsia

(i miss my sweater so much, i left it in KOREA T.T )

I think none of my blog readers know that i went to Korea 2 weeks ago.Anyway, I'm back from Korea and had flu ( from Malaysia). I will blog about my 7 days experience in Seoul plus how i survive in a very cold weather with a flu. It was 4 C at night and 14 C in the afternoon. This was actually our field trip for buying principle class. At 1st, I don't understand why people so fancy to go Korea or love Korea so much. But after that, i realize how Korea can actually make me LOVE KOREA. Especially the food in Korea that can't get in Malaysia.

I think i better stop now and continue writing about the trip in my report. Our lecturer ask us to write a report about it.

Because this time ICOM Night Out is having it's show for the 3rd time. ICOM is a music college.=)

One thing about this concert is that they are performing all music genres in one show such as Jazz, Raggae, Finger Style, HipHop , Pop.. you name it! Also expect to have all sorts of musical instrument.

Trip to Taiping

My parents planned to go up to perak for a .... Vacation. well, it's a vacation cum meeting my sis at her National Service Camp at a very ulu village that is hard to be seen.

We went on a 2 days 1 night trip.

The 1st day was to reach there and sleep
The 2nd day was to send food to my sister.

On the way , my dad car fan broke down and he had to send it to repair. It took us hours waiting and wasting time while we actually should have the time to go around Taiping if we reach on time.

This is my 1st time heading north of Malaysia.
(I'm not joking)

i saw lot's of stones / hills.

I jump in joy when i saw a BIG SIGNAGE "IPOH"

(i also never been to ipoh)

When i saw this , i thought something is burning...

This is one of my Visual Merchandising project theme "The Body Collection". We were asked to display parts of human body like eyes, boobs, vains, bones, hands, butt, head .. etc. I know it sounds gross but i guess it would be very interesting. Anyway, my team mates decided to do spines. We thought that nobody will do spines. That is TRUE but everybody did BONES!!

I was like " what?O.o" - ok , we did thought of doing boobs or ehemz ehemz.... *censor*

Our window display will be under censorship due to some rights then , haha.

We got this idea of spines by this infamous spine heels and I've D.I.Y the whole spine thing.

Charity Market @ Raffles (full cover)

I'm so glad that this event made a big success even though we are all selling 2nd hand stuff. Many Raffles students, lecturer, friends, and canteen worker went to support. Vendors were each categorize to sell different items from clothing, accessories, magazines & Books, bags & shoes and Household items. Prices are range as low as RM1. The plus point is that customers were allowed to bargain. My booth were selling clothing. I told that they can either buy or donate their clothing.Which people can actually buy or share. Well, sharing is caring. The main purpose of this was to present our final project for Visual Merchandise and also donate money to the new hope for Cambodia. Lecturer announced that we made a fortune, i hope kids in Cambodia will have a better life.

My booth is Wildflowers. Generally , we got the name from somewhere. Haha.
Anyway, we design our store layout to fit exactly like our team name.We use flowers,birds and butterflies.

She had come out with a more interactive way. We get to do our assignment and selling at the same time. Well, this is not just a Flea Market but it's a charity market where we are doing fund raising for "New Hope Cambodia" . The children there doesn't even have a proper education like us. Every single cent is mean so much, it can even support them to get into proper school or even have a better life.

I enjoyed being in ChicPOP. Many fashionista were there. I even get to observe trendy Malays when they really know how to style themselves.Fashion police were walking around doing their street shots, people from 8TV interviewed some customers and vendors.

No Carpark

How do you feel if one day you have to rush to college for presentation and ...

You find out that the carpark is CLOSE? Will you get panic?

Recently the gov been shutting all F&B Outlets around Damai area, well, the carpark that has been used by students also CLOSE. So, Students that drive to college will have to park elsewhere. And that Elsewhere is somewhere 1 or 2KM? Carpark in college is too small and it is fully occupied by staff and guest ONLY. So what about the students? doesn't it suppose to be included in the facilities?

Guess Not.

There are sure why people drive rather than walk. If the carpark is very far away, people would not see any difference between driving and walking because both also have to walk the same distance.

On Friday morning i was surprise that people will park their car infront of main entrance to protest for the carpark space and safety.

talking about safety, Damai area is really not safe. That is why people drive?

Before we meet with the other gang for field trip, me and my group members went for a lunch at Sushi Tei. Recommended by Emma. She said that she prefer here than any other sushi restaurant. Hmm, i wonder how good it is...

This is like my "MUST HAVE" item in all Japanese Restaurant.

What is up on Tuesday morning?As usual, housemates were rushing to work while I'm the pig sleeping on the bed.Well, noises waken the pig and the pig went to fashion site and played with Looklet. Yea, it's been awhile. I've found an interesting item while styling my model and i guess I'm having the mood to travel.The Luggage that i found is seriously vintage. I bet some of our parents uses that during their days and now we realize that it is trendy and cute.How about sticking vacation stickers on the luggage? This sounds fun traveling in style.

Healthy CNY Hamper for SALE

I know CNY is coming real soon! People will go buy decorations, Ang Pao packets and most of all Hamper is one of the festive item that people share during the new year.I've found some hampers that are really worth buying because of the products and quality. Normally, we see mini markets will sell those RM 60 , all filled with rm 4 or 6 or 10 snack food that is not worth and not good for the health. While this hamper have Gold Cake, Ye Sang, Cookies , prawn rolls, fortune cookies,green tea, mushroom, .... etc.

Beginning of New Year

The new year ended so fast and i can't feel it's ended already. I had a great year which really occupied my time every seconds. Spent my time with friends from my college , the blog sphere , my boyfriend , my housemates and roommate. Most of all, i really do enjoy singing KTV for 5 hours or more and wish to go more! haha. Actually i wanted to open my own online shop after studies but since i found a person that is capable doing it and i can't wait for my FYP. So I will take my online shop as my training for my FYP.

now my BB is my PET .. (i thought of keeping fish or rabbits)

New Term just started this week. My timetable is kinda FULL.. even if there's blank in between.
I have Fashion Comm which i have to learn how to communicate with all people in the fashion industry, Visual Merchandising to know how to decorate display for shop....

We gonna have buying principle which all of us have to go on a buying trip to BANGKOK, TAIWAN and KOREA????!
because we gonna be a future buyers... Hmmmm

There's a boring subject which is HR , they say that it is a boring and hard subject but i don't think so.... unless you don't know your role.

Where is the MILO?!!

Last week when i followed my mom to Giant to do some food stack-up, there's something weird happen when my mom and I saw an empty rack which supposed to filled with the original MILO. So where did all the MILO went?

We check out after we done and the funny thing is me and my brother victimize .... people from LEFT, RIGHT and BACK is buying MILO? I mean boxers and boxers of MILO.

How lucky that i drink MOCHA MILO so i don't have to feel frustrated. =P

Xmas 2010 ended with a new year

Decided to compile everything in a post, Lazy me !! My Pre-Christmas was really happening and my Christmas was really filling. *breath in and out* Ok, let's begin. December was seriously a busy month for me and sometimes i just lazy to blog anything , so i just upload all my pics to FB. Can't imagine how to watermark all 100 pics .. @_@ Besides watermarking, i've been busy with my finals and making all the accessories cause i decided to start my small business with my friend.Sometime i also think that we need another hand. Ehemz. Well, starting a business is not easy , especially if it involves with packaging and a website too.So yea, been handling all this and leave my blog behind . =(

Me and Bern went to Midvalley for DOME ( ate all the food and forgot to take pics of it). I really love Midvalley deco for this year, it really have the x-mas spirit. Feels like a child again when i see teddy bears EVERYWHERE.If only Bern can kidnap one for me , hehehe.

4 shopping malls, from BTS to SG to Fahrenheit to Pavilion.

We also ate in Lot 10 food court

The food is very nice but pricey , =(

and the next day we went to KLCC and then straight back home

Tiring but fun ..

Luckily we manage to go home in time for

We planned to eat at WINDMILL

oh well, who ever gets to eat at Windmill is always lucky because the reservation is always fully booked and they don't accept any other walk in customer.

So,

Christmas Fruit Cake

For Christmas we had Bubba Gump ..

Passion For Fashion Party @ Bakita

There's no such thing of posting late! Thinking of blogging about MIFW but the pictures are seriously driving me crazy. So here is one event that i attended , it's Passion For Fashion Party at Bakita.

This is the 1st time i drag my roommie to a fashion party, well, i guess she suppose to be there than people who are not suppose to be there because it is a Fashion party for Fashion people. Yeah.

We didn't plan to book a table nor meet anyone familiar at the event

Lucky me, Josh Lim were there so we join his table ^.^

Yupz, It's a bar.

Mainly this party is for Celebrities, Actresses , TV Host , Models, Media people and Fashion designers to gather .

Me? I'm a Fashion Marketer =P

Pssst! I saw Reshmanu there also!! ehem, he is one of my fav local singer.

The TV was showing all Victoria Secret fashion show and it's good for my assignment.

Each person were served with their special Johnnie Walker Cocktail of the night.

My Visit to my ex-college , PJCAD

I sometime still drop by my ex college which is PJCAD, PJ College of Art and Design. It brings back lot's of memory plus the fun we had in this college. One word: REFRESHING. The only thing that makes me go back is because i still have friend studying there , it gives me inspiration, and also the library that i love the most! Not to forget the food stall is awesome! At least i can have cheap and variety of food than eating Nasi Lemak everyday .Geez.

Well, PJCAD not a very well known college but they had fashion design

it just started but so far i think the students and the lecturer are doing great.

they have 2 student that entered Mifa . (not bad for a starter right?)

well, now that i'm at Raffles, i can tell the difference between Art School and Fashion School.
In Fashion School, i can see people dressing up like models, enviroment is clean, plain, class but i'm still not that happy with Raffles library. I wonder how students find their inspiration around the college. Hmmm.
